Today (7/23) took my black Toyota truck to the Venice location for full wash, wax, detail. The lady that did it all did a beautiful job. Super impressed with her attention to detail and the final result.. Perfect wax job. Inside smelled great and really clean. Wife and I go there often. The young lady that did my truck is who I want to work on my truck each time.

I had never been here before and won't be back. The pictures are AFTER my car was "washed" here. I took it back and showed them how the hood was still dirty, spots everywhere and the spray wax was smeared all over my car. The manager said he would "fix it". He wiped it down with quick detailer and a rag. I ended up taking my car to 7-11 and their automated wash got it 10x cleaner. Don't waste $42 at this place like I did.

Use CAUTION if you buy their monthly plan. The don’t tell you it’s a reoccurring charge. We bought 1 month of unlimited washes and they never mentioned it’s a monthly charge. We spent hundreds on about 6 basic car washes. When I found out what was going on, their response was “you signed a contract.” The contract was on the handheld credit card machine. I signed the credit card machine not knowing I was also signing an unending contract in fine print. The assistant manager I spoke to said when a customer came through the wash that had this plan, a manger would talk to them to make sure they knew they had a plan with reoccurring charges. Sounds like others also unknowingly signed up for the hidden contract….and no one ever spoke to me. This business does a good job and there was no need to resort to sleazy hidden tactics…but here we are.

I wish I could give 10 stars! You have an amazing team ran by amazing managers. Everyone works so hard to get the job done well. When Caleb introduced me to my “new car” at the end it was no joke.My car has never looked better. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know and Caleb gave me a few Business cards that I can hand out to make that easier.
