Very clean..huge suite..close to the beach without having to go though downtown. Stayed there twice and it's location avoided most of the Venice traffic. I will be back!

Positive: NOTHING Take a look at their reviews, fake! Negative: Room was filthy. The whole place was scary and dirty. Please, take this place off your site. Appears as they do long term rentals. My car alarm went off all night and my door handle was tried to be opened in the middle of the night. AC barely worked.

My #1 choice! I've stayed here several times over the years. I feel safe here. I've had both good & bad experiences. It depends on what room you get. Out of the bigger rooms, my favorite is The Deluxe with 2 Queen beds & Kitchenette (I've included my pictures). It's been the MOST cleanest, comfortable & quiet room. Most of the small standard rooms are ok & need renovations. Staff is good about keeping unwanted guests out. There's a heated pool, separate designated smoking area, BBQ areas, washer & dryer, microwaves & refrigerators. Close to restaurants, convenient stores, beach, etc.
