Went through the drive thru, dude taking the orders seemed very confused even though My order was really quite simple; I seemed to know more about their menu than he did. They gave me the wrong drink (literally even the sticker printed on it said something other than what I ordered) and my friend went inside to get a new one for me. The dude inside gave my friend such a hard time about it even saying after he remade it that it “looked the same” (it did not look the same by the way) Everyone inside this store was so rude and was doubting that I had received the wrong thing even though clearly I did not as the sticker printed on the cup was not what I ordered.

This place is a mess. Disorganized chaos. They screwed up my order yesterday AND today. The little queen with the long “glamour length”, black fingernails served up plenty of bad attitude with my incorrect order… are those nails hygienic? Yuck. They will never get another dollar of my money.

I realize that businesses are busy right now and also short-staffed but that's the perfect reason to kill them with customer service. Don't leave somebody standing at the counter for 5 minutes without even acknowledging that they're there. and being friendly goes a long way too especially with thank you's, good mornings etc. Just had the most miserable experience.

This dunking is pretty good. The staff get your order, make it, and have you out of there pretty fast. Anytime I've had a problem with my order they're happy to fix it. Please give these guys good tips, they really deserve them.
