Simone is a ROCKSTAR not only is she amazing for making my beverage, but she delivered EXCELLENT customer service and was very acknowledgeable of the products when I asked a question. She should be acknowledged and rewarded! Kudos Starbucks for your outstanding employee! 👍😊

Coffee is decent but for the price they should have better cups. I had coffee lid pop off and cup crush as it was handed to me shooting coffee all over my car. I have been handed leaking cups, and have to clean up with napkins. Overall, it’s a serious risk I am going to wear or have to clean up coffee when I go here.

This is a new store. Every time I go in to this location it is dirty. I have to wipe tables off even though there is sufficient staff. Light bulbs are out, the floor is dirty and there is trash in the parking lot. I typically go out of my way to the Starbucks on 41 due to this stores lack of cleanliness and appropriate management.
