Came in around 9 am today (7/31) to get a to go order. Point of sale ended up charging me 3 times for the order. Server managed to get one charge refunded but the manager would have to help for the next second charge. Manager did not come out once to apologize or help staff members resolve the issue. Finally I was just given cash for the second charge as a refund, which was fine but not preferred since I try not to carry cash. Serving staff was wonderful and very helpful. Will not be returning because of management.

The service and food was really good. I have always loved their breakfast and they have so many menu items to choose from especially drinks. Plus they did a really nice job remodeling Perkins.

the food was awful, husband had steak, ordered it MD rare, it came out well done, let the server know and she said did you cut it? of course he did, that's how he knew how it was cooked... it was paper thin, 6oz. but looked like 2....lol I can't belive they have this on a feature menu... ridiculous. Then we asked for a refill on our water, she brought us a little tiny juice cup... what the heck. never asked if we wanted dessert , and I actually did want a pice of the super delicious chocolate cake, but after the water incident I decided not to push my luck... I actually overheard her saying that she had been with Perkins for over 20 years, maybe it's time for her to retire. I am always super pleasant to all restaurant staff, and that will never change. However, this experience left a not so nice taste in my mouth, and for $40+ for our 2 dinners, I would choose another place for a quick bite.

Great customer service bring your family and friends and enjoy the food they offer. Good cakes pies muffins anything you need. And I cannot express enough customer service is excellent.
