Yes anyone can live here 55 & above, no children but lot rental goes up every year plus once a year they charge a "pass on tax" by owner. He charges all people the pass on tax, meaning the govt charges owner tax & he passes it on to us. Other than that it's a quiet & calm community & no one bothers you. Hope all goes well for you as you make your decision 🤗
We have our own manufacturer home and pay lot rent on the ground. They did have some rentals in here but I don't know if there are any of those available. There are a few places in here for sale and if you go to mobile homespot.com and put in whispering pines you will see a few of them. Hope this information was helpful.
I am 57 and I'm looking to rent a safe, clean, quiet 1BR some time in April 2020. Anything available for rent at WP?

WP is a nice clean safe and quite place to live. Unfortunately I am not sure if there is anything available for rent but you could always call the office and inquire from them

I really don't know if the administration is open on Saturdays.
I want to know why only mobile home communities of 55 + if it is assumed that those who earn the best salary are young people. Retirees earn a low pension in the USA. I do not understand the truth??

Because the retirees buy and in a short time they die and they are interested in the business it is more profitable
Depends on the size of the lot....the rent was just raised so 583.85 is the least amount.....this is if you buy the mobile home......if you rent a home its approximately 900.00 a month...but that also depends on size of mobile home..
I am looking for an area where I can park my motor home to live quietly

There is a place next to whispering Pines that you can park .. They do not allow parking here. Here they sell and rent and pay a lot rent and yearly increase the price. That everything goes well
