Rude rude rude. I honestly can not believe how they do business with how unprofessional and rude they are to people inquiring. Whatever woman answered the phone just lost that place any business we were going to give them. I wouldn't doubt they've lost more. They should have someone else in charge of the phones ,or she needs to take a few deep breaths and be a little kinder to people calling to ask about the place. She answered like she couldn't believe I was calling. Never will do business with them because of this experience. Not even worth trying ,that was a clear red flag that I wouldnt want to live there with management like that. Save your money!

Monthly land is paid $ 363 and includes garbage collection. The manager speaks English but treats those who speak Spanish with respect and make an effort to understand them ... my recommendation is that if you speak only in Spanish, go with a person who is bilingual so that they can translate to you or if not, use a google translator . There are no barriers to communication.
