We have our own manufacturer home and pay lot rent on the ground. They did have some rentals in here but I don't know if there are any of those available. There are a few places in here for sale and if you go to mobile homespot.com and put in whispering pines you will see a few of them. Hope this information was helpful.
At whispering pines they do have manufactured homes that they rent. I couldn't tell you the cost. I own my home but do have to pay lot rent. I know there is a few houses for sale there
