This is the worst company for delivering packages ever my package had the right address with no problems for the postal service to find no problems for UPS to find in the past and all of a sudden because of all the rain yesterday evening there was a problem with my address my package was never delivered and trying to get through the customer service you get dumb automation that refuse to allow you to speak to someone and then my package I had to pay for my package degree ship somewhere else and trying to change the address the dumb automation sent it back to Longwood where I have no vehicle or anything to access now the package this is a horrible company that makes it impossible for you to speak to a live person all we do is dumb automation so pretty much they steal your money and you have no recourse

Hi Arturo, If the package is shipped Ground it goes out the same day. If it's Air until the next day. Air packages have to be dropped off before 6:30 PM to be shipped the same day. Did you try calling them...? This location does offer pick up, but you need to call them to arrange it. You'll need your tracking number to set it up and your tracking number plus id to pickup.
