Super disappointed. I wouldn’t trust the pro series with my life. That’s for real. Very in reliable. I should have listened to the internet and not made the purchase. That’s what it looked like after almost every trigger pull. With mind you black aces 9 pellet buck. You have to force the bolt forward after it’s released. Not worth the 420 bucks. I’ve seen though pretty good success with the garysar fear variant. Even with light loads. Don’t you dare put light loads in this things. The garysar will fire light loads out the box. Cost more but get what you pay for as well. I’m not new to gun ownership. I’m a 12 yr combat vet and own lots of guns of several flavors. Hands down this is the worst. 8-4-22 I sent it back to them and they promised to keep me informed yet they haven’t done anything to let me know other than they received my firearm. They are the worst at communicating. They have started the process of sending it back to me and I have no idea what was wrong with it. This will be the last time and only time I purchase anything from them. Vet owned. To me that almost means nothing. A true vet would honor promises and operate his business to a high standard to that which they had served in whatever capacity. I do believe he claims special forces. Something to that effect. Sad.

I purchased one of Black Aces Tactical's pro series bull pup semi auto shotguns through Palmetto State Armory. It arrived with a cracked buffer piston. I sent a warranty request in on the first of January and have been told after asking twice for a time frame that they should have replacement parts available by the end of March... so having already waited a month and a half, I only have another month and a half before I might be able to shoot my new shotgun for the first time. (Thanks for replying, since I haven't heard anything else from anyone I will assume we are still looking at end of March.) Update (5/1/22) I have now been waiting 4 months, a month longer than originally suggested. You don't seem to have any problem getting enough parts to continue to sell new shotguns, while neglecting those who you sold defective products to. At this point I feel as though I have been robbed. After many months, the issue has been made right. I received a replacement piston and have a functioning weapon for the first time. Thank you very much.

Hello, we generally recommend either the open cylinder or improved for slugs. We don't recommend shooting without a choke installed.
Unfortunately, no sir. We are a shotgun and ammunition manufacturer.
