Orders fast and most time correct. Dont order big amounts of food. Ive always been missing half the order if its over 4 items

Forgot our cookie tote, one of our burgers was undercooked (raw in the middle), both large fries were half full, like basically a small fry and the sodas tasted weird. + they forgot all of our sauces. It was expensive af for them to mess up so much of it

Had to wait in line for about 15-20 min because a car in front of us was arguing with staff and staff didn't speak English very well either. When we finally got to the window, somebody walked up and blocked the window, while staff seemed to want to visit with this person (4 staff were by window talking to this person) they finally handed our order to this person who had walked up in the drive thru window and they turned and handed it to us. The staff didn't ever say a word to us in English just looked at us to refer to our order. Very poor customer service not to mention poor communication. I wouldn't suggest this restaurant to anyone, go elsewhere if you want food.

We were just up there and ordered a few meals and a sprite and instead of receiving sprite we received carbonated water. This isn't the only time they've screwed up my orders. I feel as if they do this on purpose. They don't test their products or anything. They just give them to us and don't even care
