Been here 18 years most of the people on my road have been here close to if not longer then me!!The manager is nice they could get rid of certain people clean up a bit and make it nice add the pool as promised and play ground for children the owner his rude and mean he's one of the 2%ters from California other then that I guess if you can't afford land it's as good as any mobile home park...

I am disheartened to say that I don't find the owners response to bad reviews very professional and …This is yet another review that possesses no merit in terms of the quality and management of this community and business. You have no experience with this business, so while it's acceptable for you to have a misinformed opinion (based on your assumption that certain reviewers aren't deserving of negative responses) you ought to understand that a one star review given in spite is worse than a so called catty response from the business being reviewed. Furthermore, when leaving a negative “one star,” the reviewer bares some responsibility to help others understand why that business has failed so badly. You have not done so and only confuse catty responses with undeserved defamation from reviewers who flat out lie. Given the power, it's too easy and too irresponsible for reviewers to leave businesses a “one star” without real substance to back it up. Those such reviews should be called out for it. Understand that our only recourse is to respond to spite and untruths, and as a business, we aren't able to reverse any of these irresponsible and undeserved “one star” reviews that mar our reputation.
