One of the worst Wendy's in Johnson City TN on ETSU State of Franklin the last four times they missed the order up went through the drive-thru and they couldn't break a 50 we went in to today on 6 30 2022 to have lunch we placed the order that was almost $30 and all I had was four $100 bills on me the cashier had a nose ring multiple color hair oh I can't break that the manager standing behind her he didn't say one word on let me try this to break his for you to place your order or to pay for your order instead he just walked on I guess I won't be back to this Wendy's I'll take my money elsewhere and eat from now on I think our boycott Wendy's and I'm going to tell everybody that I know about my experience is not been pleasant with Wendy's in the Tri-Cities at all I'll eat it Burger King or McDonald's at least they get the orders right

Came in last night. The chili was watered down. The fries was cold. Went up and ordered more fries and told them I would wait for fresh. They must have changed there fries, they are not the same . The burger was cold and has probably been wrapped up for a while. The cheese was stuck to the paper. You can tell it wasn’t fresh either because the lettuce and tomatoes had just about Disintegrated, so had to ask for more.

Best breakfast by any chain, finally a BnG that tastes naturally cooked, but I'd advise to stay away from the maple bacon chicken croissant, it smells funky and tastes alright but very bland looking, def not what the menu photo shows, everything else is fantastic, duh baconanator mmmm, mmmmmm
