LISTEN. If you want good customer service I highly suggest you go to Verizon on Fitness Way. So freakin impressed with the service I received here! They are basically my bffs now because I have been there 4 times in the last week (shout-out Tanane, Steven, Anthony, Lennie & bald guy whose name I forgot!) Everyone is so friendly and honestly went way out of their way to help me with an order that telesales messed up. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow and bother them just for fun even though I don’t need anything. (Just kidding guys, please don’t cry!) 10/10 would recommend! Seriously though, I don’t know how they all manage to stay in such a good mood because I witnessed some real crazies in there. Lawd. I don’t know what y’all get paid but it ain’t enough. Y’all are the best ever. Miss ya already. Go Vols.

Everything is handled online or through the customer service phone number nothing could be handled in store and "Kent" couldn't be bothered to do anything else other than tell me to go on the app for help or the phone number for help. …Hello Alexander, we're sorry you didn't get the help you needed at our store. The salesman dealt with was very pushy and in my opinion unprofessional. I wouldn’t agree to upgrade to the “deal” he wanted me to take upgrading 3 phones and changing my plan when I just needed one phone. He basically told me I had no reason not to do what he recommended. What he needs to realize is if he agrees with my decision or not …at the end of the day it is my money. I will spend as I like. After this he also failed to mention that the charging box was not included. All the way around bad visit. I will not visit this store again.
