Avoid this place at all cost.I’ve been on the phone with them, and they do not care about their residents. Let me save you some money. My daughter signed a lease in august of last year, her renewal came up this year, they sent it in may. It said get ahead of the curve and sign this quickly before rent goes up. My daughter signed this in may. Her lease wasn’t up till the end of this month. Needless to say life happens and things change. When she signed in may she had a good job and no problems. Now she is unemployed can’t pay her rent and is going to move back in with her mom and dad. We were told that she signed it and it’s a legal binding contract. Ok I get that. Here’s what I don’t get get her new lease wouldn’t start till august 1st. So I asked them to remove her renewal they said they couldn’t do that. She had someone ready to take over the lease, they want her to pay 250.00 and she is going to have to give up her 400.00 deposit also. Why the person taking over the lease has to pay a deposit also. They are just taking money from everyone left and right and they do not care. Taking advantage of kids who don’t read contracts and take every dime they can get. Save your money and go somewhere else.
