The exhibits at the time of our visit mainly focused on the communist era and transition afterwards. There were also biting satiric, anti-Putin cartoons. The support for Ukraine was obvious with large blue and yellow banner on the outside of the building and blue and yellow flowers in planter boxes. I expected more beautiful landscapes paintings, etc but what I absorbed most from the exhibits was the sense of repression of the Russian people. It was learning experience. There is a beautiful gift shop.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff created a very welcoming environment. Engaging array of art pieces made for a wonderful experience. Student and military discounts make the admission fee very reasonable, as well as Groupon deals. The gift shop was captivating as well, with a small selection of prints, pantry items, jewelry, and kitchen accessories.

This is a hidden 💎. The painting scenes are striking. The museum is in an old church which is a nice structure to feature this art. The gift shop has some nice items to take home.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. From Contemporary to the 1920s artwork. It was interesting to see leaders depicted that I grew up knowing of in almost life like paintings. Also sweet to see people of everyday life, enjoying life.

I think there's a mechanism to do that on their website, but if not just give the front desk a call and I'm certain they can help!
