Yes TMORA does organize trips. They are in the process of putting togethr one for next year. Contact Michelle at the museum for information.
I'm also not aware whether they do, at least they have not advertised they do. The museum staff are very approachable, I recommend you ask them for a referral to an organization that does this
Not that I am aware. This museum is run by volunteers. There are Twin City travel groups that traverse the world. Conduct a search for those. Perhaps some go to Russia.
This museum doesn't provide any travel service to Russia. You can apply for Russian visa invitation anywhere online.
I'm not aware of any travel services they offer.
