0 stars ***Respectful and reasonable persons review*** ***Dangerous lead levels in water, do NOT rent*** I have never had to deal with such a headache. Not only is this the worst apartment I have ever had (4th one) but the office, specifically Jennifer is miserable. She makes up rules as it is convenient for them and upon move out literally falsified different "charges". Jennifer is also constantly unavailable for personal reasons when you try to contact her for assistance (avoidance). We bought a home as we came into some money, so we hired a professional company to clean the apartment: fill, paint and fix any nail holes or imperfections in the wall, clean carpet, etc. STILL they did not refund the deposit and charged an additional $3000 for early lease termination (we lived there 9 months, in 12 month lease.) I had the water professionally tested. I drove to Pontiac to purchase an official water test and both containers tested at the lab for over 15 parts per billion and the copper levels were not far from illegal also. The water is deadly there, do not drink it and do not give it to your animals or children PLEASE. I did not raise a class action law suit but I was very close to, we left instead and decided to focus on our lives, but I feel for the folks living here as the building is SERIOUSLY neglected. Please reconsider your options if you think about living here, as extreme as this sounds, do not take my experience for granted.

Best experience in the area! Super affordable, management was excellent beginning to end. No issues with noise or neighbors. Plenty of shopping and places to work within distance. Very affordable. My apartment was ground level with ceramic tile, plenty of closets and storage space with a large master bedroom.
