Dr. Chawla was very thorough and personable. He was not in any rush. He spent a great deal of time with my husband and I asking questions, answering questions and providing us with information. Looking forward to future visits with him.

My mother loved seeing Dr.Chawla- he was very thorough with her and listened intently. She loved talking with him and joking with him. He is the only doctor she has that showed they really cared. My mother recently passed and I’m forever grateful for his care with/of her.

Absolutely horrible. I received a call at 4 o clock the night before my appointment letting me know they couldn't keep my infusion appointment because they couldn't get a hold of my doctor. They acted like this was not their fault, but failed to even call me to let me know they needed a new order until they had to call me to cancel my appointment the night before. Completely disgusting and horrible practice and now I get to just be sick and miss my appointment I made 2 months ago. Called my doctor and told them to send the order to a new infusion center. Thanks.

Outstanding practice. Took me 2 yrs to find Doc Shetty, I had been staggering thru this odyssey of an illness with two other doctors never with positive results. I immediately had good vibes from her, she’s honest, upfront and proactive. A real professional that not only treats but listens to you as the patient for consideration in treatment. (Sometimes she has to push me a few times to get me to follow her directions! Which I need..) I’ve never felt like I’m just a number at Arthritis Associates, bonus is you get that same honest, helping and knowledgeable character with the entire office staff.
