I have had allergies since childhood and I am a patient at this establishment. I took my 18yo there and was pleased. So naturally when my 17mo nephew developed an allergic rash I referred my sister to here. It took so long to get an appointment we took it amongst ourselves to figure out it was a dairy allergy. She arrived TEN minutes late to her appointment. They never gave her new patient paperwork. One would think she would have been asked to fill it out while waiting weeks upon end. They then turned her away when she arrived with her BABY! Needless to say I will no longer visit this practice my daughter agreed as well. Dr. Halsey in Valrico runs circles around this doctor. I hope the doctors read this and see how poorly their front office is run.

Dr Degala has given me my life back! I almost gave up on doctors until I found Dr Degala. She actually listens to me and goes way beyond what the normal doctor would do.
