Publix has always gone above and beyond, in cases where doctors haven't called in a script or a nurse called it in wrong. They get on the phone and get it corrected which some other places just tell me to figure it out and have it sent again. We all know how frustrating that is. What else do u really need?

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 6 months only because it’s convenient, not for their customer service. They just aren’t friendly. You stand behind their computer monitors and can’t even see them, when you walk up they don’t acknowledge you with even eye contact. I always feel like I’m bothering them. Going to look elsewhere.

I love my local Publix. My only complaint is that they only sell "choice" quality beef which is far inferior to "prime" quality beef. What Publix sells is tasteless and often tough. I have to take my business elsewhere if I want a good steak or roast.

Pharmacy tech and pharmacist are new. Not knowledgeable, don’t seem what they are doing. Very confused and on top of it , very rude.
