Everything inside my truck was stolen while at the dealership. This is a very common problem here because the tow truck driver wouldn’t do a night drop due to the frequency of vandalism/theft. A screw somehow made its way into a tire while it was there also. I notified the dealership of the low tire. Nothing was done to fix it or inflate it while it sat there for 3 months. Overall a horrible experience with the dealership and with ford itself.

Nice newly renovated dealership. Ford and Honda. Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish I had purchased my truck from them instead of the dealer in Concord. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is it is very hard and time consuming going through the phone system to actually talk to a live person. Have to make the right selection in the process or practically start over. They want you to set up appointments online.

I am so happy with my new car! I didn't have high hopes going in but they made it happen for me! Got me out of a very bad deal and into a great one... Life changing really! You can tell they really care about their customers. Chad Kleier was my salesman and is the absolute best! All three of the guys that helped me out are. Chad Kleier, Jason Truttman, and Jason Resh you guys rock! Jason Resh really explains everything to you thoroughly which was surprising after getting my last car. Super helpful and straight with you. 10/10!!!

Yreka Motors Ford is the place to buy a vehicle! They have 5 star customer service! Jason, Matt, and Ted were great to work with!! All the employees are so personable and make you feel welcomed. It was such a smooth process in the purchase of our vehicle! We checked with many car dealerships but didn't have a good experience. This place is a gem and by far the best! It was worth the hour and a half drive away! They went above and beyond! Highly recommend them if you're in the market for a car and want a smooth fast process! Thanks again Yreka Motors Ford!

From personal experience, the service department is fine other than giving you a call when the work is done - don't be afraid to call them and check.
When you go in, Matt or Alonzo are as fair as the sales system let's them be, BUT be aware: when you are sitting in the sales person's little desk/cubicle office area, the bosses are listening and will call the sales person out so they can listen to your private conversation and leverage the sale. If you want to talk privately, go outside.
They have used vehicles, including Dodge products. Give em a call.....Christie Ballestine put us in a new F150 4x4 eco boost....she worked hard to find the right truck for us, absolutely love this unit.
