We are in the process of moving in to our home, but without the professional and knowledgeable sales department we would have lost the chance to buy the unit, we worked with one of yours name Barbara, her attention to detail and her knowledge of all the faucets of her profession, we had a fantastic outcome Barbara made it so simple. Thank you Barbara!

I have bought 3 properties here at Starlight Ranch. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and Barbie in the sales office has been wonderful to deal with.

I've dealt with a lot of real estate people in the past in both New York and Florida. Most do not communicate well enough for me. But Barbie from Starlight Ranch surpassed all of them ...and not only in communication but in all areas. Never once did I have to track her down for an update. She's on top of everything all the time and with a great attitude and good energy. Very hard to find these qualities. Thanks Barbie.

There are NO rentals from Starlight/mh homes even though they falsely advertise that they rent their homes . Plus this is not a 55+ community. IT IS 40 (OR LESS) age group..
If you are 55 and up there will be the possibility of them being able to live with you.. ultimately, you must apply at the office and and add them to the application, and they will or will not approve it
This is a adult only community and yes there are trailers with 3 bedrooms. You must be approved first background check will be done .no children allowed to live here
Yes free lawn cuttings
Water is included but we pay for sewer as add on, most parks are corporate owned and they are stealing the golden years from Seniors
I need him phone numbers for the corporation
Greetings at the moment everything is rented to new notice. But if you want I can manage one for 120 for the procedure that is paid at the time of renting the home and you can pay twice 60/60 you want home or mobile home.
Yes After someone is older than 55 the others do not matter the age. I live here
Administration is open from 9 to 5 I think and Monday through Friday Saturday and Sunday I think they're closed by the way real estate if you want to come and see you can do it
Sometimes if a unit has been sitting for awhile they may allow renting. You just need to call to find out.
45min or so
You can go around the corner to Mei tai it located on Golden Rd. Mae tai is a mobile home family community
Can you have your family come to visit from out of town and stay for vacation times only?
Lot increases have been an average of $20 a month over the last 5 years. If you buy a new house you get a 50% off the lot rent over a period of time. New houses remain under 100k. Older homes vary around $25k.
U will never find a home for $600 with utilities included. I recommend u look for a room to rent, which right now are around $600-$800. But not a home wirh everything included. Good luck.
Heaven like Estatesl rent is 450 to 600$
No. Yes. Yes. Starlight Ranch has now stopped renting their older homes. Those that are currently renting will not have their leases renewed. This is due to their original policy of not allowing homes to be rented by their side.
What the lot rent of buying a house
they always do
The lot rent depends on the size of the lot and the person's home you are purchasing. Usually you will assume their lot rent until the following April when the rent increases. The lot rent includes grass cutting of your lot. You pay trash, sewage as nd taxes.
Yes
Lot rent starts at $ 614.00 @ month plus $ 9.40 trash pick up plus a $ 35.24 @ month tax plus your sewer water from $15 to $25 per month...total about $ 680.00 @ month to live there. not including your mortgage and insurance.
This is a Google guide site but starlight charges lot rent instead of HOA fees..best thing to do is call them
