Why is the lot rent so high and the moble homes set on top of each other? Also you dont have anything thats really included in the lot rent that helps out the resident, like cable or all water included. who pays 685.00 plus a mortgage payment?

Water is included but we pay for sewer as add on, most parks are corporate owned and they are stealing the golden years from Seniors

The lot rent is so high because corporate is only interested in making a profit for it's shareholders. Every year the lot rent increases in April, the amount is determined by the increase in you social security check. Water is included, but you pay for the sewer. Corporate also likes to pass the property tax on to you. We have had issues with garbage collection and recycling.
