Horrible experience, my appointment was scheduled for 4:00 and I was not seen until 7:30. The technicians were doing their best and were apologetic however the wait time was insane. Not certain what is broken in your current process but it was blatantly evident that something it is not working.

Went in for MRI. Had appointment at 1130am. Arrived at 11 am as requested. Had to wait 2 hrs to get my MRI done. The woman at the front could be friendlier. The MRI tech was wonderful.

For most,yes. I think they do x-rays on a walk in basis but, only between certain hours.

They called and gave me an appointment at 9:15 am and when I arrived there was no one to do the x-rays, nor did they call me to inform me. The girl in front treated me very badly, she treated me Like I went to ask her for something and she did not apologi
