I made an appointment a week or two in advance, and then received a voicemail the morning of saying they couldn't see me at that time anymore. They offered me another time earlier in the day that I couldn't make it to because my husband is working. I've tried calling back multiple times today to talk to someone and left a few voicemails, and still haven't heard back from them. I'd love to know why I suddenly couldn't be seen at my appointment time. A gender check is something many parents look forward to and to suddenly cancel it for no given reason seems unprofessional and rude.

we had a 1:30 appointment, we arrived at 1:31. shortly after walking in a lady in a white coat walked out of a room and told us to fill out this piece of paper the same time i told her i was very excited for my 1:30 appointment. she then went back in the room and we didnt hear or see anyone else . it wasn't until 2:30 noticed no one said anything to us about out appointment . I couldnt use the restrooms they were locked. I knocked on the door no answer so we left. once we left I called and asked do people normally wait an hr to be seen with an appointment she said well if the baby isnt corporating it could be an extra - min with a nasty attitude , I told her that should have been communicated and we waited an hour. Moreless go here if your the only appointment for the day . HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!
