I just called your restaurant and wanted to speak to a manager but was told that the manager wasn't available until tomorrow. On 09/10/2022, one of your front house server/hostesses was being extremely hurtful and rude to my Mom and Dad around 6pm-7pm that day. If you have cameras in house, I would recommend watching what was happening. My mom and dad ordered food, they waited a bit for it to come, Mom's food was cold. She told the server the first time that it was cold and he gave her a little attitude. The server brought it back cold again. She called over the server and told him again that the food was cold, he then started yelling at my mom and dad. He cursed them out, threatened to call the police on them if they didn't pay, and intimidated my mom and dad by those threats. I don't know what type of people you have working at your restaurant, or if you care about your business, but those types of people shouldn't be working for you. My mom that same night after they paid, AFTER being threatened and cursed at, tried calling the restaurant, asking for the manager like I did just a couple minutes ago, and guessed who picked up? The same guy! He picked up and when my Mom asked to speak to a manager, he continued to assault them verbally with insults, threats, and intimidation. I'm going to copy and paste this message in all of your social media, to warn people the experience they went through that day.

If you want real, tasty Chinese food LOOK NO FURTHER! I had the orange chicken and hubby had pork fried rice and we both said "now this is how its supposed to taste." Best orange chicken ever and the best Chinese food I've had in a long time!

There's no entry into the premises. They have a plexiglass barrier up. They use a microphone to talk with you. They don't have any tap to pay. You insert your chipped card into the card reader. They don't provide any gloves for touching the card reader. I haven't seen them clean the reader between uses. They use a double door for delivering the food. Is it the safest? No. I'd like to see tap to pay. it safer than anything else I've seen? Most definitely.
They don't, but they do work with a local third party company that will deliver for them.
