Poor Scheduling caused me to wait more than an hour past my appointment. They did not know who my referring Dr was, they had to call me after appt to ask me his name, address, and phone number. People at front desk taking personal calls .I would not return to this facility. Poor first impression.

It was one of the worst experiences I always go to the Sandlake office but this time it was disappointing I called to ask for 2 appointments and they gave me them the same day the first was a kidney ultrasound I had to drink 32 ounces of water at 9 am and at 9:30 a ct with contrast arrived at 8:45 I pre-registered online before but they decided to do it first cta because apparently they are late with the ultrasound it was painful my bladder was full and I had to endure the cta of my head with contrast whose sensation was horrible added to my desire to go to the bathroom as a result I could not do the ultrasound I could not bear it anymore and I was indisposed all day with back pain and vegiga it is absurd that they do not have the knowledge of how to proceed now I have to go another day to do the sonogram and the only thing the receptionist told me is that if I wanted to wait half an hour more and to drink more water It is absurd to put people's health at risk and play with patients' time Please check the capacity you have before giving appointments I would not recommend Simondmed based on this experience I will do the next exam and look for another imaging center for my next exams Terrible service

After much to do regarding my nerve stimulator, and me forgetting the remote. Christine, Cody, Abigail, and Sarah took exceptional care of me. Will definitely use this Simon me again for future needs.
