Mike and also Tyson are both quality employees , Mike working in sales and Tyson as the installer are both very courteous and friendly and willing to help you . I highly recommend both of them if you are in the market for a water softener .

You can unplug the unit for few minutes, then plug it back. If this doesn't resolve the issue please call our office at 407-350-5346. You will need to schedule a service call to have our tech come out and reset the computer on your system.

Well I havent had my problem solved yet. Seven days have gone by without drinking water. How irresponsible and unprofesional. Before they were here every day trying to sell us a unit.
