Well, I was never notified that my po box was up for renewal and they couldn't give me a date when it was closed. Ended up paying a $25 late fee to reopen the box. I like Tennessee's po box service better, I was always notified for renewals. Florida has made my relocation unpleasant which is why I'm moving out of this state.

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. Don't bother coming here, the workers don't care to help people with their problems and they'll dismiss you as soon as you get there. I've had the unfortunate fate of having to come here multiple times with every time being told they had sent my packages back whether they did in actuality or not because they've told me they sent my things back when in reality they were holding it there and the worker just didn't bother looking. You'll get more luck speaking with a wall than the workers here.

Terrible no regard for customers. Waited in line was supposed to open 9.00 on Saturday 9.30 came still never opened finally a outside contractor can out who was working inside came out and mentioned while passing they were experiencing difficulties and didn't when or if it would open .i understand unexpected things happen but why couldn't a postal worker inform people or put a sign on the door instead of just letting approximately 30 people wait in line knowing they weren't gling to open ? There were several postal on site and not a single 1 could be bothered to inform people. Total disregard and lack of respect for customers.
