A++ 5 Star Service they are always friendly & helpful. Love that when I drop off my e-commerce sales they always scan everything in immediately. People who leave a bad review on the post office do not realize how affordable their service is compared to others and how understaffed they are at the offices. Don’t expect fast food style service from a facility that has the task of managing hundreds if not thousands of addresses. If you can’t get past the busy tone you might have to show up in person.

This is the worst post office in all of Florida. Most of the time my mail gets put in my neighbors CBUs (apt. mail boxes or parcel lockers). They've lost my packages at least twice, and my neighbors' mail too. One of the packages they lost me was worth $335 with full insurance. And, about SIX MONTHS LATER THEY DENIED MY CLAIM because USPS purposely processed my claim all wrong. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THEM BY PHONE THEY WILL NEVER PICK UP. The employees at the counter are NASTY RUDE. AVOID AT ALL COST! Use another shipping method whenever possible.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever been to. Like, you know how people always complain about post offices? This is worse. I promise. I gave them the benefit of the doubt too. I have been many times because it was the closest option...but honestly if the next closest option was Nebraska I would drive all the way there just to avoid the rude women who work here and the strange rules they adhere to. They are also cash only, but don't accept 20 dollar bills...? Just drive a bit further and go somewhere else honestly.
