If I could give a negative number I would. Called at 7:13 pm to make a $47 order. I was told 25 minutes. At 8:10 pm I called to find out where it is. I was told to hang on and got the manager. He got on the phone and told me my order was voided because I live just outside the area. I said that was inexcusable and asked why didn’t I get a call. He said something very fast and hung up on me. My husband called back and said he had just hung up on his wife. His response was yeah I’m busy. I guess too busy for customer service. Everyone who was sitting around our table had their mouths wide open when he hung up on me. I had to call the Erie store and place my order. It is 8:36 pm and we are still waiting. Terrible and rude customer service.

!!!CLOSE THIS LOCATION OR CHANGE MANAGEMENT!!! I really don’t want to write review but this is happening second time (I didn’t called back first time when it happened). I just got not only a terrible half cooked pizza from this location, but also got terrible reply when I called in to speak to the manager. I merely politely said I got a terrible uncooked pizza. He then said sorry, that’s it? I said I put this half cooked pizza in my oven and this is waste of time for my friends and family who are hungry. I mentioned to him this is bad impression or representation of dominos. He said he could refund my money and that’s rude, I said I don’t care about refund, he could have said asked if it was worth having another pizza sent to me since this one is awful, !!!CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!! This location is not even worth of half star.

I just received not only a terrible pizza from this location, but also got terrible customer service when I called in to speak to the manager. I did not yell, I merely said I got a terrible pizza. He then said he could refund my money and when I asked if it was worth having another pizza sent to me since this one is awful, he rudely threw the question back in my face. My order was for a large three topping. Light cheese, EXTRA sauce, sausage, and extra beef. As you can see from the pictures below, there's almost half the pizza with ZERO toppings at all on it. I will not be purchasing any more food from this location.

We ordered delivery to our hotel room and it was delivered quickly and tasted delicious! Jordan even called to make sure I was satisfied with my order. The best experience with Domino’s that I’ve had! :)

Normally they should be able to correct the order if it's not already on their delivery vehicle. We have made changes before.
