Did amazing work on my puppy. < br />Staff kept me updated during his procedure and even when I was waiting to be seen. < br />I would come back here and send anyone I know here. < br />Facility is clean.

We have been previous clients with our other two dogs that saw Dr Riordan the Internist and Dr Baez. So we were happy to see Dr Baez again for this pup. I like to see our girl well cared for and that's what happens at FVRC. It's nice knowing also that there is 24° ER care if needed. Which we have previously used. It may be a further drive to seek care here but I'm willing to do that for quality care. I like that they give you estimates so you're not totally surprised. The girls at front were so helpful when I called making an appointment and then when cashing out. Dr Baez's tech was personable and professional. My dog was well cared for..it helps that she's a cutie because she's very wiggly and uncooperative to treatments, which can make things difficult. I asked them to cut her nails while they had her sedated and they even did that for me…and did them very well. They also drew blood as I requested while they had her sedated. Everything was done and Dr saw us after x-rays were looked at. We will return for Dr Baez to monitor her luxating patellas. I'm an RN, and previously have had 2 chronically ill dogs(kidney failure, bladder cancer), so I tend to look at our vet visits with a practiced eye. I was quite pleased with the care our girl got and with FVRC in general. One of the girls at front desk took us to a room then got us a towel to dry the dog off with..as we had been caught in a down pour. Very thoughtful. Seen quickly. Staff professional but caring. Procedure was quickly done and Dr saw us promptly afterwards. He listened to my concerns and questions answering them.

The entire team went above and beyond for my dog and myself and husband. It was an excruciating emergency and they came through for us in so many ways. We thought we could lose our pet. They stayed vigilant and tried everything possible and he is so far so good. The stitching and small situation Dr. Caro had to work with is incredible and everyone on staff made me feel like my baby was in the best of hands. Phone calls, emails. Just absolutely amazing service and patience with us!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts Solos Mom & Dad < 3

I am glad to know that this service is available. When I called to make an appointment I was always treated with kindness and understanding. Prior to Ella’s appointment I was directed to a comfortable room and talked with Kim. She helped me feel secure with Ella being with them. After the procedure Dr Lang came to see me. She had a seat and we talked about what she found and future tests. She was very comfortable to talk to and was willing to give her time for any questions I might have. Thank you to your entire staff!

Hi Selena, as a veterinary emergency and specialty center, our pricing does differ from primary practices, due to the advanced diagnostics, around-the-clock care, and the level of expertise from our trained veterinarians and support staff. That being said, our prices are comparable to other emergency veterinary hospitals in our area. It's also important to note that all doctors will not have the same recommendations for treatment and often a primary care facility (who you likely see on an ongoing basis) may suggest diagnostics in steps. When presenting to an emergency and specialty hospital, the recommendations may be slightly different considering it may be urgent and we want to perform several diagnostics to get to the root cause of your pet’s discomfort. It’s also important to note that in veterinary medicine since we cannot rely on communication of symptoms and discomfort, diagnostic testing is generally necessary.

How much would it be for a emergency checkup?

They just got sold off to a corporation and some of the staff have bailed out. My dog was under care by the internal medicine vet and she left and now we have been zeroed out as existing patients and can't be seen without starting over as new patients-take this into account.
