I use to go to the IKEA Restaurant all the time when my kiddos were small about 6 years ago. We went back after all those years since we were shopping to honest I was not too impressed the quality has definitely gone down.

Bug in the Meatball gravy. Manager assured us that it was “not a roach but probably just a fruit fly”, as if he thought it was a non-issue. Got our refund and left.

Our experience with has been awful. We ordred two cabinets with (4) doors and (3) out of (4) were damaged. We ordered (3) more to be delivered because the store couldnt get stock locally and we had to wait (6) weeks and (1) out of (3) came damaged. The packing was terrible! no wonder they come damaged. No customer service to speak to this has been an awful experince.
