Was 10 minutes late to my first appointment due to unforseen ISP shutdowns which caused a load on traffic. Nevertheless, they refused to see me after all my paperwork had been completed on time and payment made prior to visit. They never once informed that arriving late would cause a reschedule. These types of establishments do not care about humans. Update: I did not reschedule with this company and it only took them 2 months to reply to this review with again no understanding of the patient needs.

Stay far away from this place I don't have the time nor the patience to describe on what a shizzzz show this was Lakewood ranch hospital is an amazing place but unfortunately they will refer you to this place take the urgent care from Lakewood ranch and know they're the best but when they refer to coastal orthopedics barrier head in the sand And no that nothing will get revolved Doctor o'daily Honestly doesn't seem to care what your situation is and it's more word how quickly he could get the next one in after you waited over an hour for your appointment don't be late for yours but it doesn't matter what your time is there's no value based on you as a patient and they don't really care as to what the value of care that they will give you

What a disaster... I visited two different dr's for 2 conditions. One dr set up an MRI and Physical therapy for me. The MRI machine broke so they canceled my appointment and then when I called to talk to the scheduling group I said that I guess I need to cancel my PT since I didn't have the MRI... that was it.. then I got a bill for over $500. I actually paid the bill on the website listed on the bill. And now they are sending me non payment notices. I called the billing department and the guy told me to never pay them on that website (the one they had on their bill) and wanted me to cancel it and pay with him. He treated me like I was stupid. I have the receipt that I paid and nobody will listen. (BTW, he did verify that it was an outsource site that they use). I escalated to the billing manager and she never returned my call. I'm certainly not paying them twice for their error. I'm also looking for a recommendation of an ethical Orthopedics practice in Manatee county.
