Unfortunately I’ve had to visit the center for urgent care twice in the last two weeks. First for a sinus infection and now Covid. Both times i was seen by Derek and he was fantastic. He listened to me and validated my concerns as i am already immunocompromised. He has a great bedside manner and was very efficient in explaining things to me so that i could easily understand them. He gave me great advice on how to battle Covid with my pre existing condition in mind. He’s a wonderful asset to the team there at the center for urgent care.
