Henry is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He also happens to be an expert on transmissions and runs a pretty good shop too ;) I called up Henry after my mechanic told me I needed to take my car to a transmission shop because the issues I brought to them were out of their comfort zone. As soon as I called Henry’s shop and spoke with him for just a few seconds, I knew his nearly all 5 star reviews were right on point. Henry was extremely transparent with me, answered every question with grace, let me see parts of the process no other professional mechanic has been transparent enough to show me, and was a class act to work with. He delivered the final product (a rebuilt 4L60E for my GM SUV) ahead of schedule, on budget, and it exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Henry and Precision Transmissions. He is the real deal. I’ve attached some photos that he shared with me from the teardown of my transmission.
