July 2022 Update: Service continues to decline unfortunately. We have been taking our dog less and less, only when we have work/scheduling conflicts, but need to explore other options. Apr 2022 Update: Most of the original staff that made for a good experience are no longer there. The two main openers/front desk staff are not personable at all (don't catch them first thing in the morning, you will not leave happy). You ask them any 'extra' questions other than Hi and Bye and their response is that there are too many dogs to take care of to deal with that. Don't purchase packages for daycare unless you keep track of everything yourself. The last one we purchased on sale we lost two days because they told us wrong information; one day we took our dog they said we have 12 days left. I asked specifically when they expire to which I was told "in either May or June." Then the next time we took our dog (the following week) they told us we had 10 days left. When I asked why, they said two had expired in between but that was never mentioned or we would have brought our dog in between. They have certainly increased the number of dogs but overall experience has dropped. Original Post (Jan 2021): Tried it out with our puppy recently. The dogs only stay indoors, no outside time. No camera access for pup parents to check in. Staff posts pictures on a few social media platforms for you to see your furbabies having fun! First day our puppy smelled completely like urine probably because of playing in the indoor area with pee on the tile floors but the second day was better. Pup definitely had a blast and was worn out at after spending a day here! Daycare multi-day pricing ($23/day if you pay for 20 days in advance) is comparable to our previous daycare ($19/day if you pay for 10 days in advance). Boarding ($47/day) is almost double than the last one we used ($25/day). However, this is a brand new facility and about a quarter of the distance from our home compared to our previous daycare, so for us it may still work out if we choose to use regularly. All employees were wearing masks. We will see how things go 🙂. I'm giving 4 stars at the moment only because of the first day experience and current boarding pricing but will update as time goes on.
