No matter what complaints I have regarding the water/utilites dept from 5 years of service, I can say the Judy is always patient, polite and helpful EVERY time I call. When I hear her voice I know I am in good hands.

Worst customer service reps I’ve ever encountered. Not only that they fluctuate the prices without notice and blame it on everything except being scammed by this company. When I asked what other water source was around they said only them which is why things are handled as such. With a monopoly as the water provider of course they will have horrible customer service and fluctuating prices. They said my bill was past due but I never got any mention and I pay my bill every month accordingly and screen shots all receipts and confirmations. Yet, again a scam to get extra money because they charge $55 for reconnection. By far the worst utilities company I’ve ever dealt with.

My family member was told that their water bill was one price and then they went to pay it maybe 5 or 6 days later and then was told it was higher. They took they deposit after just then 5 days. How do that happens?? Somebody need to look into their workers up there. They had someone in training and not one time did anyone come over to make sure she was giving us the correct information. No way a water bill can be one price then in 5 days it goes up $200 more. People been going through COVID and these people that work there doesn't care but if it was one of their love ones they wouldn't do that to them. Please who ever is the supervisor up there look into these cases because they are not helping people
