Literally got hung up after waiting an hour. Someone picked up and was talking bad about a customer not realizing that another customer (me) was on the line waiting to be helped but instead was being ignored. So unprofessional.

Unbelievably rude customer service, if they encounter any sort of hard work they'll hang up on you. They overcharged me and when I called to sort it out I was interrupted during every sentence I spoke, then I was hung up on
