I have never seen vehicle storage there, but they do have units with the roll up door facing outside. So you could store a motorcycle in one of those. I don't think that is what they are for, but it would work.
9 pm gate by office but i think gate off side street is 10pm
Yes. Once storm has passed and clean up is complete it will be business as usual.
