Very disappointed! Pool was done last week of July 2022 but deck painting was unfinished, I have messaged and called to bring this to their attention and as of August 21 they didn’t have the audacity to check on us making sure if the job was done. Also we have had to pick up after the workers since they have left their trash after deck job.

Doing my research beforehand led me to Griffin Pools, supposedly the highest in customer satisfaction and quality. I believe that was probably true a few years ago, but now, I believe that are all about sales and profit and do not care about customer service, quality, or follow up at all. My pool was finished with a new house 11/2021. I signed off the final inspection because they said they would take care of the issues remaining, that was my mistake. I should never have signed off. This was about an 80K pool with numerous upgrades, but basic quality was lacking. The decking was not leveled and has a large dip in it, the deck jets were not flush, the edges of the concrete was unfinished, leaving the edges of the tile exposed, grout was not cleaned off the tiles. It has been almost a year, and with at least 100 calls to try to get just the unfinished concrete fixed and the grout cleaned off the tile, and they still have not done it. Each time I call, I get promised that they will take care of it, and then nothing. They came out to fix the concrete and just slapped a couple globs of concrete on the edges, never smoothed it out or painted it, so now it looks even worse than before. Their sales department is good, they will design it and upgrade it and promise you everything, but then after it they are paid, they won't do anything. Do yourself a favor, find a pool company who still cares about customer service and isn't only about making the sale.
