I went in with an appointment for an oil change covered with CarvanaCare Premium coverage. Tires Plus is a preferred facility under contract with them. They straight up turned me down at the front desk while checking in and told me they do not take my coverage anymore. I gave my insurance a call and they informed me that I was lied to.

Was in last week. Masks required inside and provided if needed. I noticed they also plastic wrapped my seat while it was being serviced.
