I ordered a hand held radio/gps and was delighted at the price and availability. There was some confusion on the shipping as I received someone else’s order. Shipping depart error. GCA corrected that error at their expense. Great service recovery once the problem was brought to their attention.

Stopped by today and was again impressed by this place. Super friendly welcoming team; Kevin very kindly and generously shared his great product knowledge even though I admitted to living more than 4000 miles away so might not be their biggest customer! If I lived closer I’d not hesitate to book my aircraft in for an upgrade and the long wait I was advised of suggests I’m not alone.

Excellent service, fast shipping, friendly staff. Very easy company to deal with. Questions are answered promptly. I have no complaints. Thanks for your dedication to customer service. I count that as value for my money. Therefore I dont sweat the prices so much. Your prices are very competitive as well.

Took a week to get my BatteryMinder, but it was a 24V model instead of the 12V model I ordered. It took another week to get the RMA to return it. Long story short, even after returning the 24V unit I still don't have what I ordered two and a half weeks after the order. I've had much better service in the past, but this time it is a total failure. I had ordered a 24V BatteryMinder back in January and got it within a week. Maybe this time they were looking at my account instead of my order paperwork; I don't know. I guess they will say it is due to Covid like all the other companies who fail at customer service now days. A similar occurrence with this company on a headset order cost me $50 in shipping to get it corrected. So far, I am just out time and usage.

Masks are required in the showroom and we have sanitizer out for everyone to use.

I purchased a 11sx flighcom and two GCA-4G headphones GCA-4G. When I plug the power into the cigarette lighter, the green light comes on for a few moments and then goes out. Need directions on where to plug in headphone jacks.

Please check the cigarette light receptacle that you are using for corrosion. This is often the case. The headphone jacks would plug into the jacks in the aircraft, where you would normally plug your headset into. Below is a link to the manufacturer website. Select the documents tab and click the User Manual link. This will bring up the user manual and should answer any further questions that you may have. https://www.flightcom.net/products/general-aviation-products/iisx-portable-intercom/ If not, please give us a call so that we can assist you.
