Very clean and put together lots of merchandise the lady at the jewelry counter was super nice I didn't get her name and excuse the way I describe her but she was a(older white lady with glasses) very soft spoken calm and patient I loved her the most I was going on to but since Betsy Johnson jewelry and she took her time with me because I was trying to stay on a budget but I gave her all my money in a good way 😁😁❤️❤️she kept me buying which I didn't mind at all lol I'm pleased with all my jewelry

The pricing varies, it's not very organized and it's difficult to navigate. The beauty section is a mess. Pallets are opened everywhere. I would NOT buy anything that's like skincare or makeup. Kids section was also very small. Only things for very small things

TJ Maxx in Troy requires strategic approaches. The store gets mobbed around rush hour and weekends, so try to time your visit to an off time. You'll have a much nicer experience getting in and out or shopping. The store excels in the beauty department. They have a lot of bath and body products, hair products, and makeup. It doesn't beat Bloomfield, but the selection is a cut above Beverly Hills. Their designer section in the box is a bit better, but still pretty scanty. Women's and juniors sizes favour the small, or if they have larger sizes, they vanish the fastest and leave teensy sizes. Be prepared to dig too. The employees fight a losing battle keeping things organized thanks to customers who just drop things wherever. It takes a while to go through the racks... Unless you're coming for kid's clothes. Then the offerings are scanty at best for the boys. Girls and baby girls have better options, taking up 60-70% of the stock. I don't like this store for the long waits at the counter and the awkward switchbacking. It's also really hard to find what I'm looking for. Stock tends to be crammed onto shelves, and the aforementioned lack of sizes means I don't tend to find what I'm looking for.
