This location has been a favorite for a few years now. I’ve never really encountered an associate that is rude or unhelpful. Today, I took my toddler son here and everything was fine until he needed to use the restroom, it was a toilet emergency, so I rushed to find the restroom. Due to remodeling, it’s a single family restroom. The smell that was emanating from the space was absolutely disgusting. Wet, used toilet paper and paper towels were all over the floor, the floor had a drain I believe but there was brown standing water that was just puddled. The toilet had pee all over it, and more wet toilet paper hanging off of the seat. Even my young son put his shirt over his nose, he started crying because the smell was awful and he couldn’t wait until I drove home to use the restroom. I ended up using soap to clean the seat for him. I find it ironic that this company will post things about wearing a face mask to “stay safe” but having bodily fluids and disgusting used TP on majority of surfaces is deemed appropriate. I’m not sensitive when it comes to germs, they are everywhere, but this was on another level. I’m sure the associates are working incredibly hard, but this was overlooked.

We come to this Target a lot because of the location. However, we may start driving out of the way to another location because every time we get a pick up order, stuff is missing and we paid for it. It’s not like the items were rejected and we got reimbursed. We always have to go in the store and get our item. It’s a pain, we do order pick ups because they are supposed to be convenient. Train your fulfillment and Guest Service people to complete orders.

This Target on Coolidge in Troy is a very good location BUT..... prices have crept up way too much to justify now on all items. Still the selection is quality and the grocery section is underrated. Very small meat section but who honestly expects Target to be a major player in that area anyways. That is more of a bonus. The store is in a clean and well lit area and the employees are friendly which is always a plus. Current prices pulls a star down however. It may not be Target's fault directly but I can't justify 3.00 for a small bag of ice or 4.00 for biscuits.
