Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken borders were raw...absolutely disgusting and dangerous. I picked up my order and went home. Saw the raw edges of grilled chicken.Immediately called them .They didn't sound very concerned. Almost spoke as if I am lying . Offered my money back (which I haven't received yet btw) Never again. I have already emailed as per instructions in the response to my review. Haven't received any reply from company yet. I am appalled at this behavior.

Used Postmates to order which seemed easy enough. Arrived to pickup order and fry containers were only half filled, server was rude about my request to fill them all the way up, so I left without getting them filled, got home to the wrong beverage provided for kids meal and nearly inedible over cooked chicken strips. We like the chain typically but not a great experience.
