Food was good but the service really needs some work. Went here with my daughter and girlfriend. My Food came first but the other meals didn't come out for another 20 minutes. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, our server avoided the table. But she seemed to pay special attention to the group who was ordering lots of drinks. After we got our food the service didn't improve much had to flag the waitress down for drink refills and napkins. BWW definitely need some hospitality training for the wait staff.

**Update April 2022: Not much change here. Kitchen put out Room Temperature wings and it wasn't busy at all. Volume of the TVs is louder than normal. Positives: Our waitress did her best being new at her job. And again the manager Halie stepped up and gently dropped 10 hot & tasty wings on our table. She even threw in a cheese cake dessert, which I thought was a nice touch. Thank you. -----------Original review The kitchen is the heart of any restaurant. So if they run slow or drop the ball, it's the rest of the staff that has to make up for it. 2 stars for the restaurant staff and kitchen. Not the best night. Over 35 minutes for any food, even the appetizers; plus the wings were cold. Couldn't get the chips and salsa to the table sooner?!? ... it's chips! 5 stars for Nick, the shift manager. When our waitress realized how bad things had gotten, she did the right thing and then Nick did what a good manager does... he saved the night. Within a few short minutes our order was hot and on the table. I would like to have received a comp for an item or two, but he didn't give away the store and strangely enough I respect that. Side note: the host stand needs to know not to seat anyone near the staff table. Or at least the staff needs to expand their awareness and realize that their volume and swearing across the restaurant is a poor reflection on that location as a whole.

We went in for lunch today and the service and food were amazing! Our waiter Felix was so sweet playing with our toddler. Felix and the service manager went above and beyond when our daughter left her stuffed rabbit and chased us down in the parking lot. We will most definitely be coming back!
