This residence inn was horrible, room from check in was not the cleanest, Bathroom and shower where left a lil dirty. Mattress OMG were Prison quality whole family woke up with back pain mind you we had a 5 day stay. A/c wouldn't pass 69 degrees, we are from Florida that's Hot to sleep In.

Great location outside of the city but the hotel needs alot of work. The beds were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The pool is tiny. You don't get room service every night and they ran out of pillows and towels. The ac would not cool at night at all. I wish we would have had a better experience because we love Mariott but they need to do better.

Came into town from West Texas for our son's 12U hockey tournament. We have been traveling for 3 years and have never been more welcomed into a hotel than this place. Both Max & Chris went above and beyond to help in any way that they could. Our kids were actually able to enjoy being kids and allowed to enjoy the amenities without being told to be quite every 3 seconds. Chris made sure the hockey team had plenty to eat for breakfast after coming back from their morning games. Max helped us serve a family meal for the team and made the entire stay very comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for any sports team or anyone that like true customer service. If we ever return as a team or family, this place would be were I'm staying!

Residence inn is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed in! We’ve traveled many different places and stayed at many hotels, but they are by far the best at guests service! And Chris! Front desk manager has done so much to make us feel comfortable during our stay! This wasn’t a vacation, more so a place to lay our heads while our home recovers from flood damage! So for him to take good care has been pretty awesome! Would recommend and stay here at any given time when needed!
