Horrible hotel. Dirty carpets, rude staff. They make your pay a $50 CASH deposit. You can use the ATM in the lobby to get the cash, of course they charge you a $2.75 service fee for that. They WILL NOT take cards for the deposit. What national hotel chain doesn't accept cards for incidentals? In the morning they hold you hostage until they can find a member of housekeeping to ensure you left the room to their standards. NOT RECOMMENDED, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The only thing they have going for them is location. STEER CLEAR.

Positive: It was clean. Great location great value for money Simple breakfast, there is no pool or sauna but what can you expect for that price. I would recommend this hotel to other people. Negative: The crazy $50 Cash bond is ridiculously old fashion. But we got the bind back witj out any problems.

Do NOT stay here. Upon checking in I was informed that because I didn’t reserve directly with them (not specified who “them” was) that there would be a $50.00 cash deposit that was only refundable between 8 am - 11 am. I reserved with a credit card and had multiple forms of valid identification, including my military identification. I didn’t have $50.00 cash on me and was told I could use their on premise non-bank ATM, which I politely refused. Then because I seemed to be asking too many questions about the purpose of the cash deposit and why it couldn’t be placed on a credit card (like other reputable businesses) Chris Daley and William Hayes began to threaten me with canceling my reservation. I did not give in to this bully tactic and they cancelled the reservation, apparently because of their unwillingness to explain why a cash deposit was required and not indicated on any of the booking sites. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer. A few more dollars is worth it.

This was my first time staying at this Super 8 location. The room appeared clean at check in, however, the bathroom sink did not look like it had been cleaned. There was hair stubble in the sink, like someone had shaved. When I pulled down the blankets to go to sleep there was a long black hair on the sheets. Other than that the room was fine. One king bed, a small recliner-style chair, a desk with rolling office chair, a credenza with a tv, a chest of drawers, a mini fridge, and a microwave were in the room. The hallways were clean, floors vacuumed. The sidewalks were cleared when it snowed, and it looked like ice melt had been sprinkled to prevent ice from forming on the walls and steps into the hotel. There were no odors in the hallway, and the laundry was not very loud when it was being used. The hotel is located just off I-25, but it's far enough away that you cannot really hear the traffic. There are a few shops and restaurants, but no grocery stores within walking distance. The room I was in was next to one of the exits, so there was quite a bit of traffic in and out the door most of the night. It also sounded like carts were being pushed all around the hallway outside the door. There was a housekeeping cart that moved a few times, but I never saw it it was girl staff or someone else just pushing it around. Great and affordable hotel when you're passing through or need a night away from home.

The bedspreads were horribly itchy! The parking lot was more like the aftermath of an intense all day landmine exercise!
The option is available, check under room amenities to see which rooms do
